The Shops at Arbor Trails is an upscale retail development with a neighborhood feel. The site contains a 150,000-square-foot anchor, 215,000 square feet of retail space and seven pad sites.

Cardinal Paragon acquired a 71-acre property in southwest Austin, Texas, with traffic counts exceeding 135,000 vehicles per day. Despite a projected population of over 213,000 within a five-mile radius by 2007 and an average income of over $86,000, conservation efforts in this environmentally sensitive area of Austin previously limited commercial development.
